Due to the resurgence of unauthorized parties taking place in the apartment, we charge € 400 for any additional cleaning required (garbage (cans, glasses, etc.), uncleaned dishes, fridge dirty, sticky floors and walls due to drinks fallen, etc.), as well as for any nuisance caused to the neighborhood (a decibel sensor is present in the apartment).
